Company Manager

July 2024 - Present

(in-person + touring)

• Act as the primary admin for the Gibney Company. Conduct the day-to-day tasks associated with a full-time dance company.
• Contract and schedule company class. 
• Organize touring logistics and execute strict budgets.
• Submit and track PTO, reimbursements, and HR documents
• Support logistics around residencies, international guest choreographers, visiting artists, and two annual New York City seasons .
• Collaborate and support Digital Media initiatives and with the Development team to execute grant applications and cultivation events. 

Education Associate 

September 2022 - July 2024

(Hybrid)

• Act as the primary admin for the GibneyPRO Professional Certificate program. Conduct the day-to-day tasks associated with a full-time program, the preparation for future editions, and closure activities following each semester.
• Support Amy Miller and her external group study visits from start to finish.
• Execute Education Department copy and design marketing materials. 
• Development support provided in January - May 2023

Education Department Intern

2021 - May 2022

• Support the management and operation of the training programs at both Gibney locations & online including the facilitation of online classes.
• Provide administrative help with various tasks: Covid-19 vaccine data verification, attendance tracking, and updating weekly schedules & contact information.
• Created new resource documents for training students about housing, dining, and other essential accommodations near Gibney.
• Collaborate on the creation & marketing language of new programs.

Associate Director

2019 - 2024 (virtual and in-person experience)

• Organize donations, contact potential and existing donors, and execute fundraising campaigns.
• Handle front desk activities at events including check-in, check-out, merchandise purchases, and welcoming guest artists. Help resolve customers' and dancers’ issues throughout the event.
• Create social media graphics for Facebook and Instagram and handle all email campaigns through constant contact.
• Collaborate on the creation of in-person and virtual programming including workshops, drop-in classes, intensives, podcasts, film festivals.

Madison Hicks Choreographic Assistant

2020 - 2024

• Organize rehearsal schedules, performance materials, and additional materials.
• Provide generative movement, questions, ideas, and tasks.
• Hone physical ideas to successfully achieve the objectives.
• Take detailed and relevant notes during the rehearsal process.
• Provide professional and constructive criticism to improve dancers approach to the work.

School Programs Intern

May - September 2022

• Support the dancers and artist faculty of the school at Jacob's Pillow pre-arrival, during the program, and after closure.
• Act as the program manager for the Contemporary and Choreographic Fellows programs. Support daily classes, final showings on the historic Henry J. Leir Stage, new work rehearsals, workshops with festival artists, artist talk-backs, and attendance to group performances.
• Work collaboratively with other departments across campus including Production, Company Management, Patron Services, and Philanthropy.

Student Liaison & Administrative Assistant

2019 -  May 2022 (virtual and in-person experience)

• Send information to all students and faculty as soon as possible.
• Coordinate the schedules of 60+ dancers for rehearsal and other activities.
• Organize additional events for the department: nutrition talks, anti-racist seminars, group tickets to attend performances off-campus, volunteer opportunities, and charitable donation fundraisers.
• Facilitate administrative change based on collected community feedback.
• Create content and manage Instagram and Facebook pages.

Social Media Manager

2021- May 2022

• Collaborate on special campaigns for events happening week to week. Including student productions, workshops, and guest performances and lectures.
• Post on across social media platforms regularly. Adjusting content according to platform limitations.
• Monitor performance and engagement across platforms. Then adjust the posting schedule if necessary.

Seasonal Intern & Dramaturg

2021 June - August & 2021 December (In-person experience)

• Help with the check-in process for Creation Lab workshops and manage all social media during the event.
• Take detailed notes and annotations during the creation of new work.
• Assist with the run of the show including ticket sales, set-up, strike, merchandise table, and resolve any patron issues.

Summer Intern

2021 June - August (In-person & virtual experience)

• Coordinated article information & photographs for a district-wide publication that included 40+ independent organizations spanning 118 acres in downtown Dallas.
• Confirmed and clarified performance information for summer events.
• Helped resolve patron and performer issues throughout the summer. 

 Student Ambassador

• Works with faculty coordinators to offer multimodal events where presenters share how art, research, community outreach and other endeavors serve as means to transform the status quo.
• Research and introduce the featured speaker and their organization for social change.
• Monitor zoom participants and facilitate the conversation with the guest after their presentation.
